Job Vacancies and Internship available at DNA Wealth ConciergeDNA Wealth Concierge is an specialist financial services business. We are focused predominately wealth structuring and asset management for foreign expatriates living or moving to Portugal. We are a small team and have employees located in Switzerland, Malta and Portugal. Our local offices are based in Almancil.

Following a recent acquisition, we wish to recruit for both administration and business development roles In Portugal.

Successful candidates will join our small dynamic team. Dealing with HNW private clients and professional introductions from law firms and accountancy practices. Moreover, you will deal with Non Habitual Residence and Golden Visa applicants who are relocating to Portugal.

Below are the various roles we are looking to fulfil immediately;

Administration Assistant/Possible Intership – Algarve

The person would work within a small administration team which is responsible for processing new business in Portugal. The duties will include maintaining client registers and updating personal profiles within a dedicated and customised CRM system. The candidate will be responsible for the timely up keep of the CRM and producing task reports and data for circulation to managers and board directors.

The role involves a high degree of excel and use of various systems.

Operations Manager - Algarve

•     Provide a high level of service by responding promptly and accurately to daily trades, including collectives, securities and FX queries. Execution of multiple orders across multiple platforms.

•     All execution must be done in accordance with systems and procedures acknowledging regulatory context/Mifid. 

•     Respond to specific client requests received via email, telephone or post.

•     Compile all responses to queries and chase further information as appropriate dealing directly with the client using a consultative partnership approach answering all Clients enquires as experts in their field.

•     Maintain professional and productive working relationship with all business partners; working alongside them to ensure a successful resolution of client’s issues.

•     Participate in and contribute to Client Team meeting with regards to valuations and discrepancies.

•     Anticipate issues and proactively work to address concerns before they escalate.

•     Advise line manager of all significant issues, suggest resolution where possible.

•     Escalate recurring issues to Oversight Team

•     Raise cash and FX queries as received by clients to the appropriate operational teams and monitor the system during the day so that responses or updates can be given to clients at the earliest opportunity.

•     Ensure all queries raised by clients and operational areas are responded to within time frames.

•     Maintain all client queries on the CRM system.

•     Proactively investigate and action entries on the clients’ cash accounts, in line with standing instructions (i.e. FX, dividend & corporate actions).

•     Minimize Errors & Omissions (E&O) occurrence through effective issue management and general attention to detail.

Personal Profile;

Strong team player with drive who can work independently.

Clear communicator, both written and verbally.

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Ability to work with high level excel, PPT and some CRM systems Ideally come from a technical background Strong numerical abilities Business Development Executive - Lisbon

The role:

Will be to expand our reach to both new private clients and professional introducers. Customer service is the cornerstone of the role but with the ability to implement administrational support and technical aspects of wealth structuring, including trusts, foundations etc.

The candidate will need to be able to provide a friendly and professional service over the telephone as well as make initial contact. You'll need to be technically minded and have the ability to pick up databases quickly. Knowledge of using a CRM system is highly desirable.

Other responsibilities include: 

* Acting as a key figure for Client Services metrics, including account growth

* Handling day to day requests from clients

* Utilise their outstanding communication skills to build long lasting relationships

* Responding to briefs, projects bids and quotations

* On-boarding new clients

* Upsell key accounts to strategically grow the business

* Deliver and close projects while providing uses with the platform support they need

The successful applicant for the Client Services Executive role will be:

* Passionate about client delivery/service

* Positive and proactive attitude

* At least 1 year's relevant commercial experience

* Commercial acumen

* Very organised with excellent attention to detail

* Able to work independently and use initiative

* Ideally come from a technical background

* Strong numerical abilities
