Fine Dining in Style, the Algarve's leading gourmet catering company, will be recruiting for the summer season shortly.
We require two additional Head Chef's to work with our Executive Chef and the existing team of chefs. You will need an excellent qualification, experience in a Michelin or fine dining environment AND experience in a catering company is highly desirable, but we can forgive you if you are brilliant!
Front of house staff. We are looking for 3 or 4 waiters who are also happy to work as chef assistants. A large part of our summer work is in private villas working with families and the tem of chef and waiter need to be able to help each other and ensure service is wonderful and professional. So yes, sometimes this means our waiters chop vegetables and go shopping and sometimes our chefs help clear a table. Flexibility is key!
Good professional casual staff for large events. We LOVE weddings and are very busy this year with many beautiful events. We therefore require very good, EXPERIENCED waiters to work with top rates of pay mainly at weekends.
We have a great team, young, fun, vibrant, friendly and above all passionate about what we do. We love food, wine and service.
So if you want to join a great team, we will be recruiting from June with contracts running until the end of October.
