On September 15th, the Gardenias Living was officially inaugurated in Vale do Lagar, Portimão.
The event was attended by approximately 50 participants, including some illustrious figures like the Vice-President of the Portimão Council, Mr. Joaquim Castelão Rodrigues, the councilor of Portimão, Mrs. Ana Fazenda, and the Vice-President of the Algarve Tourism Office, Mr. João Fernandes.
After the press conference, conducted by the Gardenias Living directors (Mr. Miguel Bigodinho and Mrs. Dina Santos), the participants attended a guided tour through the building: Reminiscence Room, Sensations' Room, Medical Clinic, Beauty and Welness Room, Gym, Worship Lounge, Garden and Floor-Model.
During the buffet-dinner, guests had the opportunity to talk about the Gardenias Living, clarify issues and discuss future synergies.
The purpose of the official opening of the Gardenias Living was to present the project and services, to establish partnerships and bring the Algarve institutions closer, and finally, to place the infrastructure as one of the most important ones dedicated to the elderly in the Algarve.
