The Holiday Inn Algarve in Armação de Pêra is delighted to once agan be participating in the Caldeirada and Ocean Tapas Festival taking place in Armação de Pêra this weekend.
"Caldeirada" is a typical Algarvian dish which consists of stewed fish and sea food with potatoes, onions ,tomatoes, pimentos, spices wine and olive oil.
A number of local restaurants, including our Por do Sol Restaurant participate, and as well as serving Caldeirada we will also have other typical fish dishes available.
The Holiday Inn Algarve will serve its ´Caldeirada feast` for dinner daily, and both hotel guests and local residents are invited to join the celebrations.
