A celebration of Álvaro de Campos will take place in Tavira from 8th to 25th October 2015. One of the organisers of the programme, Tela Leao, kindly agreed to an interview. The recorded interview explores why this character is of relevance to Tavira, Portugal, what artistic activities will take place and who is involved in the events.

In recent years Olhão has been attracting more and more international artists of various backgrounds. Some of them are just passing through and others, inspired by the beautiful light and stunning views of the Ria Formosa, decided to make this picturesque fishing town with its rough edges their permanent place of residence.
As most artists have a tendency to flock together, it was no surprise that some of them decided to have a joint exhibition in the beautiful New Gallery of the Museu do Trajo in São Brás.
The award winning Talking Heads TV Monologues, by Alan Bennett, are fondly remembered by many from the two series that ran in the 80s and 90s. They are now included within the English examination system for English and drama, bringing these excellently written pieces to a whole new audience.

It was probably one of the most dramatic events held by Algarve Classic Cars, Historic Regularity Rally, organized for 23 years by the Portuguese Classic Cars Club (CPAA) and entered in the calendar of the Portuguese Federation of Automobiles and Carting.
The program began late afternoon on Friday, July 10th, with the Casino Vilamoura circuit, integrated as the Murganheira Stage. Despite the heat, the public turned out in high numbers watching a great show with competitors as diverse as an Austin A35 with only a 850cc engine and, for example, the most powerful being the Porsche 911.

Covering eight varied themes, hundreds of photos were taken in the nine hours. Despite the heat (it was a very hot day!!) the participants completed the PhotoMarathon with incredible enthusiasm and motivation.
