The linked Algarve Surf and Marine Activities Association petition is well done, takes a moment only and is well worth adding one's signature to help reach the numbers required. Doing nothing, complaining afterwards, or thinking it 'wouldn't do any good' isn't actually true - as recent on-shore progress in Lisboa is showing.
