The real estate franchise REMAX saw an 18% rise in its Portugal sales between January and July 2013 as it was involved in business worth €443 million.
The number of transactions rose 14% with 2 bedroom apartments the most sought after, followed by T3s and T1s.
The area of Lisbon dominated the number of transactions, with the Lisbon itself, Sintra, Cascais, Oeiras, and Almada leading the number of sales.
