Lily, a 9 year old who has just moved to Portugal from the UK, is going to take on a 2 km sponsored swim challenge in the Atlantic ocean, to help raise funds to protect octopuses from being farmed.

Members of the Rotary Club Estoi Palace International (RCEPI) and guests gathered on Wednesday, March 13th, for a delightful lunch at Escola Básica Poeta Emiliano da Costa (Estoi School). Under the guidance of Prof. David Filipe, students took charge of preparing and serving a delectable meal that left all attendees impressed.

As part of the Movember movement, Mr Roy Carpenter organised a funding campaign for Alzheimer Portugal – the Algarve Branch, raising a fabulous €1000.
