ARTLINK collective are returning to the award winning Quinta da Tõr winery for their third consecutive annual Spring Art Show.
As in previous years, the artwork of local artists will be shown inside the main building, and also outside in a truly peaceful location overlooking the Tõr valley and the impressive vineyards.
During the first week of the two week show, two artists from across the river border at Alcoutim will be exhibiting for the first time, and the Spanish connection will continue in the second week with a collective based in Ayamonte.
Along with the familiar principal artists and the collective's organizers, Paulo Araújo and Bob Tidy, there will be new artists to meet and the opportunity to talk one-to-one and learn about their techniques and styles, which include intuitive abstraction, illustrative painting and computer generated digital composition.
An open air swimming pool, wine tasting and tours of the winery, that should be booked in advance, add to what promises to be a rewarding day out in the country. And it's all only five minutes to the north of Loulé.
