The body of a woman, around 60 years old, was found yesterday floating in the Guadiana River, at Docapesca, in Vila Real de Santo António.
According to reports, the emergency services declared the death at the scene, ruling out the possibility of any type of violence related to the death. The woman is said to have lived in Monte Gordo.
The causes of death are still unknown.
