A 67 year old man died last night, afterr being run over by a heavy vehicle in a workshop where he was working in Aldeia Ruiva, São Bartolomeu de Messines.
The emergency alert was given at 6:45 pm, for a collision in a workshop in Aldeia Ruiva, São Bartolomeu de Messines, with 17 operatives from the fire department, INEM and GNR dispatched immediately to the scene.
A source from the Faro GNR Territorial Command confirmed that the Working Conditions Authority (ACT) was also called to the scene.
The INEM helicopter was also activated, but was not required.
