Faro Council awards €270,000 to build Conceição sports centre

The municipality announced the contract for a sports facility that will be built in Conceição near Estoi.

At the hearing this Tuesday, Barrister Justin Rushbrooke QC, heading up Sir Cliff’s legal team, said the singer should get “very substantial damages.”

Arriva to launch 'Spain to Portugal' open-access rail services

tgvGerman Rail (DB) subsidiary Arriva Spain confirmed on May 7 that it has filed a request before the Spanish rail regulator to establish international passenger services connecting A Coruña with Porto.

With launch targeted for the second or the third quarter of 2019, it would not only be the first international service in both Iberian countries according to the European Union third railway package rules but also the first open-access operation over a Spanish high-speed line.
