Welcome to the network of professional artists based in the Algarve who support each other through the exchange of ideas and skills.
The Algarve Artists Network began to meet at the end of 2006 with Charlie and Hilary Holt, John Lamonby, Kerstin Wagner and Brigitte von Humboldt.
They started inviting their friends to talks and exhibitions.
Open doors studios were organised in 2008 and 2010. Occasionally the artists form small groups for cultural visits, live drawing sessions, painting and printing classes.
The artists welcome visits to their studios to show their work.
