Rotary Club Estoi Palace International (RCEPI) contacted Faro Hospital to see how they could help them. The Hospital has been under huge pressure both physically and financially during the pandemic with staff stretched to the limit. The Club received a “Wish List” of items that would help them and arranged for some of these to be delivered.
On the 23rd of July, RCEPI President, Shirley Dunne, met with some the administrative and nursing staff at the hospital for the official handover of the equipment. The hospital was very grateful for RCEPI’s help and cooperation and President Shirley expressed the club’s gratitude for all that the hospital has done for its patients during the pandemic, under very difficult circumstances.
