I would like to invite ASB members to celebrate 15 years since I started this group, on Portugal Day in 2010. Please join me for a charity BBQ with the children and teenagers of the Gaivota home in Albufeira.
Please take this opportunity to meet the kids and see how the money we raise at our rides and events throughout the year is used to improve their lives.
Everybody welcome.
This event is open to all non-riding partners, family and friends. Come by car if it's easier for you. The more people attend the more money we raise to help the kids.
Please go directly to the home unless you are going by bike, in which case meet at the BP garage near Junction 11 A22 Boliqueime at 10 am for what has become a traditional short ride to the Fontes at Alte for a coffee and then arriving at the home in time for the BBQ at 1.00 pm.
Please can you help with the BBQ food by bringing any of the following -
Potato Salads, Mixed Salads, Packets of Crisps, Cakes, Biscuits, Soft Drinks, Iced Tea, Coca Cola, 7 up, Tango, Cordial etc. or anything else you think the children would enjoy.
Strictly NO ALCOHOL.
Please confirm your attendance asap and no later than Friday May 30th, as we need to order the meat etc. for the BBQ.

A BBQ donation of 20 euros per person would be much appreciated, all of which will go directly to the home on the day.
If you can not make it but would like to make a donation you can make a bank transfer to me and the cash will be added to the funds raised on the day.
