With expertise in the over 50s market, Millington will build on Avalon’s continued growth. He brings specialist skills in devising and executing multi-channel marketing plans and implementing successful lead generation programmes.
Millington has over 17 years’ experience in marketing. He was part of the launch team at MBNA Business, before leading the marketing operation at consumer payments network, Payzone. Most recently, he was responsible for lead generation at over 55s specialist, Key Retirement. Here, he delivered sustainable and profitable business growth over five years, enabling the business to raise substantial private equity funding.
