The Ladies from the hills played at Silves. Pink was the order of the day from the top to the bottom, Pink Flags, Pink Tee box markers, Pink score cards and even Pink holes on the green, not to mention 100 Ladies all dressed in Pink from hair decorations down to shoes, with strawberries & Prosecco, wraps and sangria, the day went down in a blaze of Pink, ably assisted by the team of SDM dream boys.
A superb lunch was enjoyed by 111 Ladies which preceded the auction, raffle and finally the prize giving.
Several Ladies won Nearest the Pins and prizes went down to 6th place. Due to the generosity of all involved including the many sponsors of the event, Pestana, Monchique Spa & Hotel, Blevins Franks, Taste Restaurant, Golf Shack amongst several others made sure that we had a great selection of prizes. But the beneficiary of the event, AOA.pt the Algarve Oncology Association in Faro will receive in excess of 6000€ from the day!
