The opening of the exhibition 'Circular Somewhere' will take place on October 20 at 17:30 h at Associação Cultural Re-Criativa República 14, Av. da República nº.14, 8700-310, Olhão
The exhibition will run from October 20 to December 6, from 14:00 - 19:00 h every day, except Sundays and public holidays.
In “Circular Somewhere”, Dutch visual artist Frans Verschoor presents a selection of photo works of trees from his “360°” series. His approach entails photographing his subject from its entire circumference and combining the dozens, if not hundreds of pictures into a single image. This offers the viewer an all-encompassing vision, revealing the hidden symmetry of the object and its surroundings, somewhere. A number of the exhibited works are rooted in the Algarve.
