Enjoy a great afternoon of wine tasting and wine knowledge at the Workshop & Wine Tasting Paring with Portuguese Cheeses and Black Pork cold cuts
The event will take place on Saturday, October 7th at 4.00pm, at Herdade da Corte.
This Wine Experience will be focus in:
- Portuguese wine types. Tasting Espumantes, reds whites, rose and fortified;
- Tasting 10 wines from different doc regions;
- Knowing the characteristics of the regions and native Portuguese grapes;
- How to taste and wine vocabulary;
- Reading and understanding labels and law.
Tastings will be accompanied by board of mixed cheeses and black pork cold cuts.
João Carvalho (the wine expert presenter) is an expert in Portuguese and international wines. He works in wine industry for 20 years and he is teaching sommelier course in the main tourism schools of Turismo de Portugal Bureau. He has visited the main international wine regions and he will drive the Wine tasting in a very informal and easy wine language.
