Energise Sports Therapy, Health & Fitness is offering a specialised Fitness Boot Camp for Seniors.

An Initial HEALTH and FITNESS ASSESSMENT will give you your starting point. We will test your blood pressure, resting heart rate, lung function, flexibility, blood sugar and cholesterol.
We will also test your current fitness levels with a custom designed test that will tell you and us exactly what your cardiovascular fitness and body strength levels are.

You will then attend 3 SPORTS SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS. All sessions involve a combination of cardio vascular training, strength, core stability, flexibility and balance. You work at YOUR OWN LEVEL.

We will give you a DIET to follow which will help your body to get back in to natural balance and help you to shed your unwanted body fat which will improve your overall health and help you to get much more out of life.

At the end of the 6 weeks we will RE-TEST you with the same assessment as you took at the start. You will have before and after reports to compare so you will be able to see the results on paper and feel how much IMPROVEMENT you have made.

The course will be run by a medical fitness / pilates / yoga instructor.
You will be EXPECTED TO COMMIT 100% to the program if you want GUARANTEED RESULTS.

The whole package costs only 200 Euros for 18 sessions, 2 health assessments and 2 fitness tests.

Sessions will be held on Tuesday12.30 – 13.30, Thursday 10.00 – 11.00 and Saturday 11.30 – 12.30 in Vila Sol Vilamoura.
