ProAssist is a Portugal-based company supporting international emergency services.
We are looking for a reliable and organised team member to:
- Coordinate assistance cases (medical & technical)
- Communicate with international partners
- Liaise with local providers (hospitals, garages, etc.)
- Provide support to tourists in urgent situations
Requirements:
- Fluent English (mandatory written and spoken)
- Fluent Portuguese (mandatory written and spoken)
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken)
- Excellent writing and telephone skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Based in Central Algarve
- Experience in tourism, assistance, or customer service is a plus
- Availability for some flexibility in working hours
