The Carol & KennyB duo typically plays at restaurants and private parties, plus they organize and play at charity events to raise money for disadvantaged and orphaned children in the Algarve - we are so grateful for all the support and generosity.

How we got together in Jan 2025:
Having previously played in rock bands in the UK, South Africa and the Algarve as a hobby, KennyB (Ken Blunt – instrumentalist and retired IT consultant), was in search of a singer to accompany and play the music he really enjoys – jazz, pop, soul & motown classics!
For 50 years, the flute is KennyB’s first instrument and love. He also plays keyboard, saxophone (tenor, alto and soprano), violin, whistles, classical guitar and chromatic harmonica. His musical heritage stems from his mum who studied piano / singing at Northern School of Music (career paused to care for her mum with MS) and grandmother who accompanied silent movies in the local cinema. KennyB also performs flute recitals and is a member of the worship team at All Nations Church at Carvoeiro Tennis Club.
Carol, Lady Carol Clark, with similar experiences of playing with loud rock bands in the Algarve, also wanted to move-on and sing the beautiful songs she loves! Carol has previously sung with the Big Sing Choir in the UK.
Following a chance meeting at a Sunday jam event, we got together and tried a simple recording session without rehearsal. We both realised after the first recording we have something very special and different.

After much practice we now have a repertoire of 85 pop, soul & motown classics to suit all occasions! Amazingly, Carol has memorised the lyrics of all 85 songs!!!
