You've obviously not been bitten by a dog. I have.
You seem to value dogs above humans - strange!
"... and exhale...."
I think it fair enough that Pitbulls should be kept on a lead in a crowded public park. I was bitten by one whose loving owner laughed and did not even call an ambulance.
People are sick of these beaurcrats interfering in our lives, and using violent thugs to enforce pain, fear, terror, onto the population. People want to live in peace, jts the real gangsters and crims who need policing, u will find them working in the local camarra council offices, and so called enviroment orgs. Lock these crooks up, leave dogs owners alone! Theres lot of dog haters in portugal, mostly retarded brits.
