It would be natural to think that these statistics are the average behaviour on the national roads, thething is that the police have used their time and manpower in this instance to alert the public to breaches in road safety. The conclusion, the police hope, is that those that have been fined will be more alert to their driving behaviour in the future otherwise they may have the same costly experience again.
And again, well done to the police for making the roads a safer for all road users.

It looks good, but we cannot tell how good it is unless we know the equivalent figures for a normal week´s work by an equivalent number of police.

Not a single terrorist then?
At least the cash and fish won't be endangering the public anymore.
