New Year - some costs rise, others fall

I've noticed the difference between the cost of diesel and the cost of petrol is narrowing.
A far more sensible method of phasing out diesel cars than patchy inner city diesel vehicle bans; my last car was a diesel. My next will not be.

so it looks like the carless, teetotal, non smoker, offgrid, water drinking person will be better off :-*
