Covid-19: All 16 Algarve counties are lowered to moderate risk

COVID-19: ALL 16 ALGARVE COUNTIES ARE LOWERED TO MODERATE RISKThe Algarve region is no longer at high risk. The trend of decreasing cases observed throughout the country, as a result of the confinement measures with the closed schools, offered optimistic results: we are now the European country with the lowest rate of transmissibility.

According to data revealed by the Directorate-General for Health (DGS), this Monday, referring to the period between 17th February and 2nd March, there are now no counties in the Algarve with more than 240 new cases per 100 thousand inhabitants, classified as High Risk level.

Currently, of the 16 municipalities in the Algarve, half have less than 120 new cases per 100 thousand inhabitants, a picture very different from the one that existed a week ago.

Portugal still has eight counties at Very High Risk, but none at Extremely High Risk. The extreme risk of infection occurs when a municipality has cumulative cases over 14 days above 960 cases of infection per 100 thousand inhabitants, while the very high risk means cases of between 480 and 959.9 per 100 thousand inhabitants.

No, I shall suggest that he does his own research. Sound familiar?
I would be lying if I told you David hasn't done his own research.

You seem to know a lot about David's activities. You're not one and the same person are you?

Yes, we've seen the websites. Bitchute, brandnewtube and Alex Jones. Hours of careful study. Totally trustworthy. No right-wing antiscience stuff whatsoever. No unfounded comments about criminal WHO being charged with crimes against humanity. Just logical unexceptionable commentary.

The test fraud is multi-layered. No novel virus has been proven to exist, so how can you test for it? PCR tests can't diagnose disease. At 40 plus cycles they are useless for any purpose. Even if all the above weren't the case, a positive test would not equate to an infection. Then they fail to report the tests inany context etc. Just layer upon layer of pseudo scientific nonsense.

Lie upon lie upon lie. Your posts, just to be clear.
Will you be offering an explanation why David's comments are lies? Or are you in the habit of calling anyone you disagree with a liar?

It is quite sad that the anti-vaxers and those saying that Covid is a hoax see fit to manipulate the up and down votes on here.
Although it clearly demonstrates the weakness of their arguments.

Still useless and merely a juggle with numbers. As long as the number of tests per county is not provided and proven to be proportional to the number of inhabitants, this is total nonsense. But people buy into it, that's the saddest of this whole situation. Soon the number of tests will be pushed up again with results we all know. Not to speak about the number of cycles, which should be below 25 or else proven to create false results. But again, who cares? People buy into all of it....

You are absolutely correct @maximillian, a truer way of reporting would be x number of cases per hundred tests - better but not perfect as not all labs use the same testing technique.
