"The works include the replacement of the roof and the reinforcement of the walls and of the entire structure, with respect for the original design of the property, with the ground floor having a large multifunction room, prepared to receive cultural and recreational events, while in the the back of the building a cafeteria area is planned", explains the Portimonense local authority.
