A 27-year-old man has been arrested for the attempted murder of a 32-year-old man, outside a bar in Olhâo.
On November 6th, at around 11pm, the two men were outside a bar in Olhão, “the victim told the detainee to calm down and not do anything silly. He then turned his back on the man and walked into the bar. The detainee, armed with half a pair of barber's scissors, hit the victim on the back and the back of his head, causing obvious injury."
According to the Prosecutor's Office document, "the detainee wanted to kill the victim, he just couldn't do it for reasons beyond his control."
