The Tavira Firefighters rescued 3 people from a violent urban fire in the Porta Nova area of Tavira, in the early hours of yesterday morning.
The prompt and rapid intervention of the firefighters teams allowed for an effective fight, allowing them to rescue three victims at the scene.
Two of the victims were transported to Faro Hospital, one of which had to be revived on the spot by the pre-hospital medical emergency teams of INEM and the Fire Department.
There were 11 vehicles and 22 firefighters at the scene, with the fire being put out by 06:00am.
