A motorcyclist who deceived speed radars 13 times by covering his license plate with his hand has finally been identified and fined.
The man broke the speed limit 13 times in 2 months, between March 16th and May 5th 2023.
It was eventually possible to identify and fine the driver thanks to the images on surveillance cameras.
The driver was fined just over €2,100 for speeding, but the fines did not stop there: he was also fined €1,040 for covering the license plate and €200 for using an illegal license plate.
