A young British woman, in her 20's, was allegedly the victim of rape early yesterday morning in Praia da Rocha, Portimão.
The attack reportedly took place near the walkway area, on the sand.
The young woman reported the incident at the tourist office of the Public Security Police (PSP), near Praia da Rocha, at around 5:00am on Wednesday morning.
The aggressor has not yet been identified, but Judiciary Police (PJ) are investigating.
