Depression Garoe will spread to the continent from this Monday, with heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms and hail across the country.
Sixteen districts on the mainland and the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores will be under orange and yellow warnings, until Wednesday.
The forecast by the IPMA means the Algarve will be under an orange warning due to the forecast of rain, sometimes heavy, accompanied by thunderstorms, and occasionally hail, between 09:00 and 15:00 on Monday, changing to yellow after that, until 06:00 on Wednesday.
Due to rough seas, Faro and Beja will be under a yellow warning between 15:00 on Monday and 00:00 on Tuesday, and then between 09:00 and 15:00 on Wednesday.
