Xutos & Pontapés in Silves, Os Azeitonas in Portimão, and UHF in Tavira are among the concerts scheduled in the Algarve during the celebrations of the 25th of April.
In Silves, the musical program begins on the 24th at 9 pm in the riverside area with a performance by the rock band Pecado Original. At 10 pm, Portuguese rock band Peste & Sida will perform. On the 25th, Xutos & Pontapés will hold a concert at the same venue, starting at 10 pm.
In Portimão, music will be featured at the Portimão Arena at 9 pm on Thursday, the 24th, with a performance by Os Azeitonas, marking their 20 years of albums and concerts. Entry is free.
In Albufeira, also on Thursday night, Luís Represas will hold a concert commemorating the 25th of April at the Municipal Auditorium, beginning at 9 pm. Tickets cost 5 euros and are available for purchase online (bol.pt).
Cristina Branco and UHF will perform in Tavira. Cristina Branco's concert will take place on Friday, the 25th, at 9:30 pm, featuring songs by José Afonso. The following day, Saturday, April 26th, at the same time, UHF will perform. Both shows will be held at Mercado da Ribeira.
In Loulé, the celebration of the 25th of April coincides with the commemoration of the centenary of Carlos Paredes through the show "100PAREDES," featuring guitarist Bruno Costa and an audiovisual documentary collection created by André Varandas about Carlos Paredes. The show takes place at Cineteatro Louletano at 9 pm on the 24th. Tickets cost 10 euros and are available for purchase online (bol.pt).
In São Brás de Alportel, there will be a concert by Domingos (from Íris) & Friends at São Brás Cineteatro Jaime Pinto on the 24th at 9:30 pm. Entry is free.
On the same day in Faro, Luís Galrito will present the album "Nós e os Outros" in the city centre at 9:30 pm. Entry is free.
