The Nova Vila Retail Park on the EN125 near Portimão, replacing the one destroyed by fire in 2012, is set to open next week, on May 29th, 2025.
The retail park covers an area of over 20,000 m2 and its construction – which is practically complete – is expected to have cost around 20 million euros.
It will have 17 stores, including a supermarket, KiK, Tiendanimal, Fábrica dos Óculos – Original, Leroy Merlin, JYSK, Hôma and Action, which have all been confirmed at the commercial space
There will also be a restaurant area and a fuel station.
