Vilamoura Marina is preparing to host the 29th edition of the Marina de Vilamoura International Boat Show, which will run from 6th to 14th June, and is expected to bring together more than 50 brands, around 100 vessels, and approximately 400 exhibitors.
Organised by the marina in partnership with FIL, the Feira Internacional de Lisboa, and supported by the Municipality of Loulé, the event is already experiencing strong demand from companies operating in the sector.
According to the organisers, the exhibition is expected to generate significant commercial activity, driven by new product launches, brokerage opportunities and technological innovation. Despite high occupancy levels, participation opportunities are still available for interested businesses.
The organisers also hope to attract more than 100,000 visitors, around half of them international, including buyers, investors, and industry professionals, positioning the event as “an effective platform for generating partnerships and business opportunities”.
Held annually since 1997, the boat show “has played a decisive role in establishing Vilamoura as one of Europe’s leading destinations for recreational boating”, the organisers said.
Beyond its business dimension, the event is also expected to provide a boost to the local economy, with a direct impact on hospitality, tourism, and related services sectors.
