Chocolate PhD

chocolateCambridge University is seeking a research candidate to gain a PhD in the study of chocolate.

The crucial test is to find a way to make chocolate stay solid when it is stored and sold in the world’s warmer countries.

Chocolate’s melting point which is similar to that of the human body.

Candidates will work in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology.

Applications must be made by 29 August and the start date is January 2015, lasting for 3.5 years.
