Passengers waiting to collect their luggage at Lisbon airport were treated to a little more action than they expected from French airport operator ANA when the multiple TV system in baggage reclaim, Terminal 1, started showing a porn film.
Red-faced staff spoiled to fun after a few minutes and changed the channel due to a customer complaint, possibly about sound quality.
The film was broadcast at 03:00hrs, well after the watershed and only a few passengers were there to watch the surprisingly athletic on-screen fun and games.
Inevitably, one passenger filmed the free-to-view labour of love and shortly thereafter the clip was on YouTube and, much to ANA’s annoyance, doing the rounds worldwide.
A spokesman for Lisbon Airport insisted that the broadcast certainly was not a deliberate act by a disgruntled employee, raising the suspicion that this was an act by a disgruntled employee.
The company statement about the latest customer experience offering read, “At 03:00hrs on October 19, above one of the carousels at Lisbon Airport, a television was tuned without sound to a Portuguese general channel, which at the time was running a soft porn movie.
"An airport employee noticed the programme that was being aired, so the images were on the TV only for moments. The situation was dealt with promptly and there were no complaints. We will ensure that these situations are not repeated.”

Time and again there are hints from HIM that this is all just a strange new game with the rules being made up as we go along. That HE also has no idea why I am here either.
Just the previous week I was in this same airport in the early hours and looking up at the same information screens. All I saw was Arrivals and Departures.
Come on God - give us a break ! Or just a hint - Why?
