Summer is officially starting early this year. Temperatures are already up in the high 20’s and Albufeira town council has decided to officially start their summer beach season two weeks early on May 15th, ahead of the rest of the region.
And it looks like we will be in for a very busy summer with many hoteliers having reported a record Easter and advance booking for the rest of the season at higher levels than in pre-pandemic times.
It seems that the Algarve is being seen as a safe haven not only for holiday makers but also for those looking to buy property, with demand from our international buyers at another all-time high.
