This is a great opportunity to join the administrative team as a salaried Property Lister on a 12-month contract with a generous on-target bonus, private healthcare, company MacBook, iPhone and travel allowance. As the role will be field based, you must be a self-starting and motivated individual with an outstanding level of demonstrable local knowledge and extensive contacts.
You will likely have worked within Real Estate in or around the central Algarve and / or have a network of potential contacts who would like to use Cerro Novo’s services. Essential Requirements:
• Hold a full driving licence
• Ability to work flexibly in the field / from home
• Presentable
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Personally motivated to deliver results
• Team player
Desirable Requirements:
• Live within 20km of our offices in west Albufeira
• Have access to own or shared, insured vehicle
• Have a working knowledge of, or be fluent in French
• Have experience within the Real Estate profession
• Have a good knowledge of workplace technology and digital media
