2023 has been another busy year for Ideal Homes Portugal, having opened new offices in Lagos and Portimão, at the International Algarve Racetrack, and growing the team to over 40 members of staff.
Since its launch in 2012, the Algarve real estate firm has gone from strength to strength. This year was no exception, with demand and sales both remaining strong, which company founder Chris White attributes to his team’s dedication.
“Everyone brings something different to the table, and together they excel. Our team provides fantastic service across the various services we offer and the company’s ongoing success is a testament to their hard work” he praises.
To toast a successful year and get into the festive spirit, Ideal Homes Portugal recently organised a lively team photo shoot. Chris, who has been an ambassador for Portuguese real estate at international events throughout the year, was in Portugal to join in the fun.
The company was also celebrating wrapping up the twelfth season of its popular Ideal Homes TV Algarve Properties & Activities programme, which has played a key role over the years in showcasing the region and real estate to viewers.
Reflecting on the resilience of the Portuguese property market, Chris states: “Next year, I predict we’ll continue selling, and we've doubled our sales target. We're seeing more UK mid- and long-term buy-to-let landlords looking to Portugal due to the low interest rates.
“Portugal continues to stand out as a destination for property investment and, in my opinion, one of the best countries in the world to call home.”
As it looks to 2024, Ideal Homes Portugal anticipates continued growth, with plans underway for a fourth office—a second branch in Lagos.
