The move has enabled the business to own its premises as it consolidates its position to cater for a large upswing in enquiries and in buyers visiting Carvoeiro which remains as popular as ever as a real estate hotspot - Carvoeiro is booming!
The refurbished and redecorated office continues to host artwork from the Corte Real gallery near Paderne and provides a calm environment in which to discuss property matters.
Fine & Country’s Managing Partner for Carvoeiro, Zoie Hawker, said that "business in Carvoeiro is off to a great start this year with sales enquires up 70% on 2014 and with more than double the amounts of clients viewing property in the area."
Enquiries from French nationals and overall purchases are booming. Zoie says the UK market is really bouncing back, helped hugely by the beneficial sterling:euro exchange rate.
Other news is that Fine & Country is expanding further within Portugal. Colleagues holding the license for Greater Lisbon have expanded their coverage to include outlying districts to the north, south and east of the capital and the first new office will be opening next month in Comporta. This is in addition to the new Fine & Country office in the Chiado district of Lisbon.
Zoie attended a January conference in London for worldwide Fine & Country business partners which was very positive with many new offices opening around the world this year including in the USA, Ireland and Hungary.
Back at the new Carvoeiro premises, selected Corte Real artwork continues to delight visitors with new pieces arriving regularly.
