Our company's first year accounts are currently being dealt with by our accountant. Whilst our company is in its infancy, I have personally worked in the property industry for over 11 years dealing with property investment both in the UK and Overseas so I like to think I know my stuff.
The service we offer sellers is completely free of charge. Contracts are drawn up by lawyers in the Algarve to protect both parties and the buyer pays all legal fees involved. We always run through the risks involved and there is absolutely no pressure selling from us. We are simply offering sellers an alternative solution to traditional selling methods.
