In operation since 2011 and headed by Sven-Göran Eriksson, the Cascade Performance Football Academy has gained a huge reputation in the international football scene for offering first class year round practice facilities in an ideal climate and private environment.
Top quality natural grass football pitches, accommodation of the highest standard, transportation, full-board, and friendly matches, as well as a gym and spa are available on site within a minute’s walk. The resort has all the necessary infrastructure to welcome both the players and their technical team in comfort and privacy.
The Football Academy has been approved by some of the best international football teams worldwide, such as the Zenit St Petersburg, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, FC Lokomotiv Moscow, Spartak Moscow, the female Danish and US National Football team, among many others.
Part of the Kiwi Collection, the world's largest collection of luxury hotels, the resort features the luxury 86 room Cascade Hotel. Also available are 58 high quality one and two bedroom apartments with access to the condominium pool, the football pitches and the golf academy and several four bedroom villas with private pools and premium fixtures and furnishings.
The Gym by Cascade is fully equipped by Technogym. Featuring outdoor spinning areas, a heavy weight section and a studio, the gym also has its very own exercise pool. Furthermore the Tainai Spa features six treatment rooms, a sauna, Jacuzzi and a heat-able outdoor pool.
A unique sports complex, the Cascade Performance Sports Academies (CPSA) not only feature the football academy, but also a golf academy with a double ended driving range complete with putting green and chipping areas, designed by European Golf Design, the golf design company of the PGA European Tour and IMG. Furthermore, the former world’s No. 1 ten¬nis player, Stefan Edberg represents the Cascade Resort as its official ambassa¬dor. Cascade also offers two hard surface tennis courts.
