SCAM WARNING for property rental managers and owners!

SCAM ALERTA scam has come to light, targeting rental property owners and managers. The Blackburn based company call potential clients, selling a 2 year advert for your property for just £199, on their holiday rental website.

The site www.dreamholidayrentals.co.uk looks professional, but we have cause to believe that it is a SCAM, very much like the one last year when telephone calls were again from a Bradford based company, but with a name of  www.1stchoiceholidayrentals.co.uk.

One of readers was unlucky enough to be fooled by these convincing telesales people last year, and was once again contacted earlier this week with an "offer" that sounds incredibly similar!

Or reader told us "Last year I advertised with a company that had a website called 1stchoiceholidayrentals.co.uk, that said they arrange holidays for NHS staff. I paid £199 for a 2 year advert for one of my villas to be advertised there. It all seemed very above board. However, the website vanished along with my money."

"This morning I received an identical call from someone reporting to be a company of a different name, who offered me exactly the same deal… she was clearly reading from the same script, claiming to be operating on behalf of finding holiday rental villas for NHS staff and medical professionals."

We have also recently been notified of another similar ongoing scam under the name of Sunny Rentals, usually calls are from a Danish number, and the staff say they are from Denmark but speak with an Indian type accent.

So please, think twice about paying to register your holiday rental property with anyone claiming to be operating as an agent arranging holidays for NHS/medical staff.

don't ever attend these types of calls claiming of rental property. they are the cheaters and nothing else. they are getting money by only one call and we are the fool who provide them our details of our credit card or pay money by any means.

Be careful. Sunny Rentals cheats you twice. After a year referring to "auto payment function turned on" they drew another yearly payment from my card, despite the fact that I banned them to continue the ad.
