Cardiff City supporter, Will Melhuish, is walking across the Algarve to raise money for The PW7 Foundation, a charity set up in memory of former Cardiff City legend Peter Whittingham, who tragically passed away in his mid 30's after falling down the stairs.

Will, who's coming to the Algarve for Cardiff City pre-season games against FC Braga on 19th July and FC Porto on 22nd July, will complete his "Walk for Whitts" alone from the stadium in Lagos to the venue of 2nd game (probably the Estadio Algarve).
He'll be walking between 50-80km across the Algarve, in 3 stints between the pre-season games in Portugal.
Day 1 - arrive in Lagos & attend City vs FC Braga game
Day 2 - walk from stadium in Lagos to Portimao (20km - 4-6hrs)
Day 3 - walk from Portimao to Albufeira (30km - 6-8hrs)
Day 4 - walk from Albufeira to location of 2nd game (distance/duration TBC once match venue announced)
Day 5 - fly home a broken man!
