Congratulations to Filly Carter, Martha O’Grady, and Mila Cassagne on passing a total of 16 Association of British Riding School riding and horse care tests, examined by Mrs. Bev McHale.
Bev was assisted by Paula Siebert. In the picture the riders received a SandyBlue rosette, and later will receive their coveted diplomas, from the ABRS.
The Association of British Riding School tests were very popular with Pinetrees pupils in days gone by, pre-Covid. They are a great way to evaluate progress, encourage the desire to learn more, and, ideal for the non-competitive rider or those who do not own their own horse.
The next exam day is planned for the Easter holidays, so if you are interested in giving this a go, contact Pinetrees for details.
There are syllabi to follow, so some training is involved and checking that the rider has the ability for the tests they are aiming for. Would you like to try?
