Zephyr Gallery is pleased to announce a special Meet the Artist event, featuring contemporary artist Irene Girassol Basso on Thursday, June 11, from 14:00 to 19:00 at the gallery in Silves.
Guests are invited to meet Irene in person and explore a new selection of her latest Algarve inspired works, which will be unveiled and available during the event. The afternoon gathering
will include wine, music, and the opportunity to engage directly with the artist in an intimate gallery setting.
Known for her expressive visual and emotionally resonant compositions, Irene creates work that reflects connection to nature, and human experience. Her pieces combine vibrant colours,
layered textures, and symbolic forms that invite contemplation and personal interpretation. Her work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private collections across Europe and
beyond.
“I’m delighted to present these new works at Zephyr Gallery and to spend the afternoon connecting with guests in such a warm and intimate atmosphere,” said Irene.
