This has always intrigued me, i have 4 driving licenses from other countries, i live in different parts of the world at different times and i also own cars, right and left hand drive, so why is the accident rate so high in this country that has such high standards in the motoring field, to get a license here you need to do a driving course for 6 months, car modifications / customizing is not allowed, have you seen any hot rods around ? when you get your car checked (mot) have you seen what they do, its like a Formula 1 pit stop yet such a high rate of accidents ? so if its not the car, it must be the person behind the wheel, could that be the problem, like the idiot on the EN125, only one lane, driving at 30km/h with driver and passengers arms out the windows with not a care in the world, but you might say, its like being in a 3rd world country, let me tell you, i live in several 3rd world countries, its nothing like this.
