Hundreds of holiday flights have been cancelled this weekend due to an air traffic controller strike in France.
Airlines have warned that additional flights will be delayed as a result.
Ryanair initially cancelled nearly 100 flights this weekend, blaming the strike action by French air traffic controllers and later had to announce yet more cancellations, causing misery for holidaymakers.
A Ryanair statement read, "Due to yet another French ATC strike, Ryanair regrets to inform customers that it has been forced to cancel a number of flights on Saturday and Sunday (23 & 24 June).
"Customers whose flights are cancelled will be offered a refund, a rebooking on the next available flight or a transfer to a different flight.
"As a result of this unjustified strike action, we also expect delays to flights to/from/over France and we advise customers due to travel on Saturday & Sunday to check the status of their flight on the Ryanair.com website.
The air traffic control strike is scheduled to take place until 5.30am on Monday morning and many flights with other airlines have also been cancelled.

Mr. Macron should consider something more bold than submission and whining to permanently solve France's problems with the air traffic controllers and the railroads.
