Is it true that no one at GALP etc planning to extract oil from this area has ever admitted to the plates of the earths crusts meshing together there ? Causing these earthquakes. Is it is case that, like this country being "officially race blind", if the Government planners and decision makers ignore the problem, it is not there. A game many of us played as infants; when trying to sleep, if we did not look at the wardrobe door and keeping our eyes tight shut under the bedclothes - then nothing could hurt us. Now in adulthood finding less need to do this.
